Pong words are bunnybot's way to pay homage to the game
Pong, a coin-operated arcade game developed by Atari Inc. that became the first massively popular video game. Playing Pong is simple, fun and "pure" in a techno-nostalgic kind-of way. Which is in keeping with the bunnybot look-and-feel.
There are two types of pong words in bunnybot. The default group, which loads when the Flash application loads, and the second group - which is the result of a user's search that we send to
amazon.com and then display the results.
Let's take a quick look.

After the user clicks on the "Shop" radio button he/she does a search for "bjork."

Then bunnybot returns a list of results that represent the different categories with Bjork-related items. It might seem obvious that with a Bjork search you'd only want music, but you probably didn't know that her name appears in 333 books. And that there's 87 DVDs with either Bjork herself, or her music, or perhaps a Bjork-like character. There's even a Bjork sticker under "automotive" in case you want to make a mobile statement.
So with bunnybot we don't make assumptions that a "Bjork" search means "Bjork music". It might, but then again it might not.
